**Assumption Agreement**

**1. Introduction**
This Assumption Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Tag 9 Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," "our") and the individual or entity agreeing to these terms ("Client," "you," "your"). By entering into this Agreement, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions governing your use of our economic and spiritual consulting services, which include business compliance assistance, business identifier support, and meditation techniques aimed at improving mindset. Our services are available to individuals aged 18 to 45, both male and female, who are either W2 employees or 1099 contractors at startup companies.
**2. Services Provided**
Tag 9 Inc. offers the following services:- Business compliance assistance- Business identifier support- Meditation techniques for mindset improvement- Referrals to third-party tools and services- Community platform access via Mighty Networks
**3. Fees and Payment**
The fees for our services are as follows:- Standard Monthly Fee: $125- Standard Annual Fee: $1,500- Assisted Mediation Monthly Fee: $86- Assisted Mediation Annual Fee: $999
You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the services in accordance with the pricing and payment terms presented to you. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. Payments are due monthly or annually, depending on the plan you choose.
**4. Eligibility**
Our services are available to individuals who are:- Between the ages of 18 and 45- Male or female- Either W2 workers or 1099 contractors- Engaged with startup companies
**5. Registration and Account**
To use our services, you may be required to create an account on our community platform hosted by Mighty Networks. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
**6. Use of Services**
You agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not:- Use our services for any unlawful purposes- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation- Interfere with the proper functioning of our services
**7. Intellectual Property**
All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, provided by Tag 9 Inc. is the property of the Company and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.
**8. Limitation of Liability**
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tag 9 Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:- Your use of our services- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
**9. Dispute Resolution**
Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
