Active client data is retained for the duration of your service engagement plus three years. Marketing data is retained until you opt out or request deletion. Transaction records are retained for seven years as required by tax law. Communication logs are retained for one year for service quality purposes. Analytics data is aggregated, anonymized, and retained indefinitely.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
