This is to formally notify the Organization of American States (OAS) that my candidacy as Indigenous Representative of the Haitian people is currently under review.

We have clear proof that Haitians around the world have submitted emails in support of this candidacy, affirming the will of the people for authentic indigenous representation. At this stage, we respectfully request that this notice be placed on record within the OAS system and communicated to member states and observers.

The Haitian people have expressed that they do not wish to remain trapped in endless five-year transitional cycles. Instead, they demand the recognition of their vote and their chosen representative to ensure stability, cultural sovereignty, and definitive governance.

We now await that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Haiti respects and upholds this democratic will by formally acknowledging the people’s vote. This step is essential so that an indigenous Haitian voice may finally take a seat on the board and at the table of the OAS, conducting Haitian indigenous affairs with legitimacy.
