From Transition to Definitive Governance

Haiti’s history is not simply one of resistance — it is the story of the world’s first Black republic, forged by Indigenous Haytians and Africans who defied slavery and empire. Yet two centuries later, foreign powers, extractive economies, and corrupted governance continue to strip away dignity, land, and opportunity.

TAG9INC exists to reverse that cycle. Our blueprint is clear: help employees transform into CEOs, secure funding readiness, and enforce compliance while rebuilding the foundations of Indigenous sovereignty. The Legal Backbone: Ancestral Rights and International Law

The Inter-American Commission on Human Rights (IACHR), in its landmark report “Indigenous and Tribal Peoples’ Rights over Their Ancestral Lands and Natural Resources”, affirms that:

1. Land and territory are central to cultural survival — without them, Indigenous nations cannot live freely, practice traditions, or secure livelihoods.
2. States have a duty to provide effective remedies — delays or denials of justice are themselves human rights violations.
3. Free, Prior, and Informed Consent (FPIC) is not optional — no project, concession, or exploitation can be imposed on Indigenous land without the people’s consent.

These principles are not abstract. They are direct weapons in Hayti’s struggle for recognition, reparations, and restoration. Every time foreign mining companies enter without FPIC, every time ancestral lands are denied to local communities, every time bureaucratic delay obstructs justice — international law is being violated.
